In 2010, we asked nearly 50 key stakeholder groups about how Merck, as a new global health care company, should address key environmental, social and governance challenges. This included an Expert Input Forum in May in New York on access to health. Merck used this input to inform the creation of our four strategic corporate responsibility priorities, our Access to Health Guiding Principles, and our disclosure and transparency efforts.
